1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Emmatech Technologies website and services. By using our website or services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of them, you must not use our website or services.

2. Services

Emmatech Technologies provides security installation and maintenance services including but not limited to alarm systems, CCTV, access control, electric fencing, gate automation, and garage automation. All services are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

4. Installation and Maintenance

We will make every effort to complete installations and maintenance within the timeframe agreed upon. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control. The client is responsible for ensuring that the premises are accessible and suitable for installation.

5. Warranty

We provide a 12-month warranty on labor and up to 3 years on equipment depending on the manufacturer. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications. Any tampering with installed systems will void the warranty.

6. Payment

Payment terms will be specified in the quote or contract. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit may be required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion. We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments.

7. Liability

Our liability for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of our services is limited to the amount paid by you for those services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
